Experience Delivered! Kaati Zone is a chain of restaurants delivering on-the-go Indian fast food rolls. The challenge was to understand the users and the usage before directing a comprehensive experience.
Research led Apparatus to understand specific perceptions of the existing brand and the challenges by its association with fast food. The Apparatus team comprehensively redesigned all communication and the storefronts to deliver a better in-store experience for the customer.
The team did extensive ground work by observing users and usage patterns across various outlets. Further they designed a step by step process for ordering in the stores or over the phone.
The Apparatus team arrived at a contemporary position of Desi fast food and designed the corporate identity, stationery menus, table tops, posters, take away packaging and various other artefacts and extended the communication online with the Kaati Zone website.
