Taking it Slow! Adea was transitioning from a strategic recruiter to an industry focused software development company. We at Apparatus felt that this should be done over two phases over six months.
The first phase was about creating an underlying information architecture that communicates an industry vertical focus. This was made accessible with a navigation and visual design that further reinforced Adea’s knowledge in these domains. All this was done keeping the look and feel uncluttered and simple.
The second phase was about showcasing case studies as samples of knowledge maturity in these verticals. A ‘been there, done that’ stance to convince the visitor about Adea’s ability to use technology as a tool to solve problems in industry specific scenarios. This was done through an intelligently embedded Flash movie in the stage area and retaining the navigation format. Eventually Adea has a high end website that communicates well to the target group
